Here are links to what was meant to be the 52+ new recipes for my 2014 Goal. It’s 2015 now and I quickly learned last year that focusing on trying new recipes was not a good idea for my weight loss. I was spending too much time “thinking” about food and trying recipes that weren’t really as healthy as I needed. I found eating simple, i.e. a well-seasoned protein and favorite vegetable for dinner, worked best for me. That can get boring, so I know there’s a place for trying new recipes, especially healthy ones. It’s a balance I’m working on. There are certainly plenty of delicious looking healthy recipes out there.
